Boelter hired George Kleinhans and Luke Hursh to serve as vice president of operations and director of merchandising and category management for the Wisconsin-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.
In his new role, Kleinhans will “provide strategic leadership for supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and enterprise integration,” per a company release. His background includes operational experience across “manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain organizations,” the release added.
Hursh will lead the product category team, driving strategy and execution across Boelter’s foodservice channels. Prior to joining Boelter, Hursh spent seven years at Clark Associates, serving in several category manager roles. He most recently served as director of merchandising, overseeing multi-category business-to-business durable goods portfolios, the release added.
Boelter reported annual sales of $391.5 million in 2024, making it the 10th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, per FE&S 2025 Distribution Giants study.
