Wooden kitchenware manufacturer JK Adams has updated its leadership structure. The Vermont-based company introduced Don Swanson II as its senior vice president and general manager. Adam Siegel, who had served as president and CEO, assumed the role of vice president of sales.

Don Swanson II In September of 2025, John Boos & Co. acquired JK Adams and the new structure “creates two distinct leadership roles designed to strengthen operational focus and support growth priorities,” the company said in a release. It also supports the JK Adams’ “ongoing integration and growth within the John Boos & Co.”

In his new role, Swanson oversees day-to-day operations and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and performance management. Swanson’s resume spans more than 25 years, most recently serving as senior director of operations and manufacturing at The Orvis Company.

As part of the leadership framework, Siegel will help lead sales strategy, customer relationships, and market development for JK Adams, the release added.
