Wisconsin-based manufacturer Alto-Shaam hired Connor Martin to serve as director of consultant services.

Connor MartinMartin’s foodservice industry background spans more than two decades and includes working with such manufacturers as ITW and RATIONAL.

In his new role, Marin will drive Alto-Shaam's consultant strategy across the U.S., per a company release. This includes working with consultant groups across the U.S. as well as industry organizations and associations like FCSI, SHFM and NACAS, the release added.
