Fuzzy’s Taco Shop promoted Jessica Wescott to the dual role of chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Wescott, who joined the chain in 2018, was promoted to CFO last year.
Wescott’s restaurant industry background includes working with MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, where she served as vice president of development and finance. Wescott also has experience working in private wealth management.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop operates approximately 150 corporate and franchised locations across 16 states.
