HCI-Switchable Combination Food Wells are now part of Electrolux Professional Group’s Randell line. Individual well controls allow each well to be set to hold product at hot, cold or frozen temperatures. When in hot mode, a well can function as a wet or dry operation. Operators can position the pans at an angle, flush to the top of counter, or recessed by 1 or 2 inches.
