Sterno Products has acquired sevenOKs, a La Porte, Ind., manufacturer of insulated food carriers and accessories for restaurant delivery, stadium concessions, catering operations, and school nutrition programs.

sevenOKs will be renamed Sterno Delivery and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterno Products, which manufactures portable warming and ambiance products for the foodservice industry.

This represents Sterno Products’ second acquisition in as many years. In 2016 it acquired Northern International Inc., a manufacturer flameless candles and outdoor lighting products.
