Keith Moody to take on new role.

Newk’s Eatery promoted Keith Moody to vice president of franchise operations. Moody, who joined Newk’s in 2013, most recently served as the fast-casual chain’s territory director of franchise operations.

Moody will oversee the operational standards and financial success of Newk’s franchise teams. His background includes working with Krystal Restaurants and owning three Burger King and two Original Pancake House restaurants. Moody also worked for Burger King Corporation.

Newk’s also announced the promotion of Adam Karveller to vice president of information technology.
