Sebastian Heil will become Southwest sales manager and corporate chef for Irinox, effective January 20, 2020.

Sebastian HeilHeil will manage the California, Arizona and New Mexico markets for Irinox, which manufactures blast chillers for use in commercial kitchens.

Hailing from Germany, Heil’s culinary background includes working with the Biltmore Resort in Arizona, South Seas Island Resort in Florida, Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa in South Carolina and Club Corp properties in both Florida and Los Angeles.
