Fast-Casual Concepts Cross Pollenate to Form the Salad Collective

Fast-casual salad concepts MAD Greens and Snappy Salads have merged. While the new company will operate under the name Salad Collective, the concepts will continue to go to market using their original names. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Coors and Montgomery held those same positions at MAD Greens immediately prior to the transaction. CEO and founder of Snappy Salads Chris Dahlander will step down from day-to-day operations but will remain active with the company as he assumes a role on the Salad Collective board of directors.
