Texas Roadhouse President Retires after 17 Years with the Chain

Scott Colosi retired from his post as president of Texas Roadhouse. Kent Taylor, the restaurant chain’s founder and CEO, will assume the role of president.

Colosi was hired in 2002 to serve as Texas Roadhouse’s chief financial officer and was promoted to president in 2011.

“Scott was instrumental in taking us public in 2004 and has contributed significantly to the growth of our brands,” Taylor said in a statement. “We wish Scott the best of luck as he embarks on his retirement.”
