Buffalo Wings & Rings introduced Dan Admire as corporate chef for the Cincinnati-based restaurant chain with more than 80 locations.
Admire’s culinary background includes serving as executive chef at Fedora Café in Kansas City, an executive chef with Marriott and corporate executive chef with John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts. He also spent 14 years as vice president of culinary for Houlihan’s Restaurants, overseeing menu development for the chain as well as sister concepts J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks and Devon Seafood Grill.
