Electrolux Professional tapped Mike Tokach to fill the newly created position of head of sales operations for North America. In this role, Tokach will bring together the processes and procedures for Electrolux and Grindmaster-Cecilware into a common platform and approach.

Mike TokachTokach will report to John Evans, head of the Americas for Electrolux Professional. Reporting to Tokach will be such Electrolux Professional teams as customer service, logistics, planning, pre-sales and administration for the Charlotte, N.C., and Louisville, Ky., campuses, per a company release.

A 25-year veteran of the foodservice equipment industry, Tokach comes to Electrolux Professional from Welbilt, where he served as a field marketing director.

Mike has worked in customer service, supply chain management, and sales & marketing for the last 25 years, with the most recent decade being in the food service market.
