- Israeli, Middle Eastern, Regional Chinese, African, Peruvian and Filipino flavors
- Plant-based burgers
- Doughnuts with fun fillings (liqueur, Earl Gray cream)
- Zhug (Israeli condiment)
- Exotic fruit like paw paw, rambutan
- Cauliflower “rice,” zucchini “spaghetti” and other veggie-carb substitutes
- Lesser-known “trash” fish and poke
- Overnight oats
