Steve Heeley will become president and chief operating officer for Veggie Grill, effective May 2. Heeley currently serves as chief operating officer for the vegetable-centric fast-casual concept.
Heeley replaces Greg Dollarhyde, Veggie Grill’s current chief energy officer, who plans to retire. Dollarhyde will remain a member of the company’s board of directors.
Prior to Veggie Grill, Heeley was president and CEO of Earl of Sandwich and COO of Au Bon Pain café bakery.
