Bob Bafundo is the new president of Pizza Inn, a restaurant chain owned by multi-concept operator Rave Restaurant Group. A 30-plus year veteran of the restaurant industry, Bafundo most recently served as president of Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill.
His background also includes working with other such multi-unit operators as KFC, Tin Star Southwest Grill, Back Yard Burgers and Rax Restaurants.
