Former Bob Evans executive Minniear joins the 17-unit Ohio-based chain.

Sunny Street Café hired Mike Minniear to serve as the restaurant chain’s director of operations. In his new role, Minniear oversees six company-owned restaurants, coordinates new store openings, and will implement and enhance systems and standards across the chain’s 11 other franchised locations.

Minnear’s more than 25 years of industry experience includes 23 years at Bob Evans Farms, where he served in multiple roles, including director of operations.
