Moe’s Taps Dowd to Serve in Culinary Leadership Post

Jason Dowd is the new executive chef for Moe's Southwest Grill. In his new role, Dowd will develop and execute culinary strategies to further develop the fast-casual concept’s menu.

Prior to joining Moe's, Dowd was the corporate executive chef and director of culinary for multiconcept operator Consumer Capital Partners, overseeing Tom's Urban, Live Basil Pizza and Smashburger. His background also includes serving as research and development managing chef for Darden Restaurants.
