Former college foodservice operator assumes new position as a management advisory services consultant.
Joie Schoonover has joined Rippe Associates, a Minneapolis-based foodservice consulting firm. In her new role, Schoonover will serve as a management advisory services consultant.
A veteran of the foodservice industry with more than 30 years of experience, Schoonover comes to Rippe Associates from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she spent the past 7 years.
