Tellock Departs Manitowoc

Glen Tellock has resigned his post as chairman, president and chief executive officer for The Manitowoc Company. Kenneth Krueger, a member of Manitowoc's board of directors, will replace Tellock on an interim basis.

Hubertus Muehlhaeuser continues in his role of chief executive officer of Manitowoc Foodservice, a position he assumed in August. The company will launch a search to identify a CEO for its crane business.

In addition to being a member of the company's Board of Directors since 2004, Krueger's background includes serving as chief operating officer for Bucyrus International, Inc., a manufacturer of mining equipment. He also served as chief financial officer for A.O. Smith.
