During the past 25 years of work in the design of hundreds of various foodservice facilities, both in the US and overseas, Bob has worked extensively in the Business and Industry segment with well-known clients from the Financial, Manufacturing, Law, and Pharmacuetical Market segments. In addition, he has had broad experience in the Colleges and Universities, and Healthcare segments.

His responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the services which the firm provides to their clients. He is directly responsible for the initial programming and schematic design of the project and stays involved with review and oversight of the project during document and construction phases. He is accessible at all times to the clients. Bob is well known in the industry and is a frequent guest lecturer at industry trade shows and seminars, covering a wide range of topics in the field of foodservice design.

He has been a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) since 2002.


 

Christine Guyott

Christine is an Executive Principal with a passion for the foodservice industry. With over 30 years of experience, Christine guides her clients through the design process, offering solutions to address their goals and challenges. Christine leads projects across a variety of market segments, though as a Registered Dietitian, her true niche is healthcare. From small healthcare facilities to large academic medical centers, Christine brings a high level of understanding and expertise to each project that her clients value. Her goal is to assist foodservice directors, administrators and architects in planning and implementing foodservice spaces that meet and exceed expectations.

In addition to her project leadership, Christine is actively involved and viewed as a leader across multiple industry professional organizations. She values this involvement as it gives her the opportunity to form relationships, maintain her knowledge, and give back to an industry that she is deeply connected to.


 

Juan Martinez

Juan Martinez is a 39 year industry veteran. Juan is Principal and Founder of Profitality Labor Guru, an Industrial Engineering Consulting Company that helps brands optimize their investment to drive better “unit economics”. This experience spans to over 100 different concepts across all menu and service system offerings. Prior to becoming a consultant Juan led the research and development team at Burger King were he was responsible for innovation in the areas of menu, operations and equipment. Juan has a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MS in Engineering Management and PhD in Ergonomics from the University of Miami. He is a member of several professional organizations, including Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), where he is in the “Board of Trustees”. As an industry “thought leader” Juan frequently speaks at industry gatherings, and has written over 100 articles in foodservice and Industrial Engineering Journals, including a regular column in the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies web site. Juan is also a Fellow of The Culinary Institute of America.


 

Eric Norman

Eric began his career in foodservice at the young age of 14 working at a local Dairy Queen which eventually progressed into bartending at age 19, where he worked his way through college until graduating with his BA in Business Management. Having interned at MVP Services Group since he was 18, Eric would go to work for the firm right out of college, staying there until MVP merged with Clevenger Associates in early 2017. Mentoring under his father Ed Norman, Eric’s consulting career has focused on proper foodservice design and quality documentation. While focusing heavily on Education, Eric has also completed many design projects in all segments in his 20+ years as a professional consultant.

Eric has been heavily involved with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (F.C.S.I.) for the past 15 years. Eric worked with the World-Wide Academy Task Force from 2008 to 2014, the Young Member Forum (ICON) as Chair and Past Chair from 2008 to 2012, the Bylaws & Governance Task Force in 2010, the Conference Planning & Steering Committee from 2011 to 2015, and the Conference Planning Committee for 2012, 2014 and 2016. Eric most recently has served on the FCSI - The Americas, Board of Trustees as Trustee and Secretary from 2014 to 2018 and Chair of The America’s Board from 2020 to 2023. He is now serving as Past Chair on The Americas Board and Secretary/Treasurer on the World-Wide Board.
