Foodservice Equipment & Supplies will recognize the accomplishments and careers of five individuals with its 2026 Top Achiever Awards. The magazine honors these individuals for their abilities to not only run market-leading organizations but also raise the level of professionalism for the industry overall.
The winners of the FE&S 2026 Top Achiever Awards are:
- Top Achiever - Service Agent: George Roberts-Smith, group CEO, MCFT
- Top Achiever - Operator: Sharon Eliatamby, senior program manager, food and conference services, World Bank
- Top Achiever - Dealer: Michael Keck, president, Concept Services
- Top Achiever - Consultant: Mike Berard, president, Commercial Kitchen Consultants LLC
- Top Achiever – Manufacturers’ Rep: Jeff Griffiths, president, E-Source Miller

Each Top Achiever will receive their award during the FE&S 2026 Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala, which will take place Saturday, May 16, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.
The FE&S Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala recognizes the foodservice community’s brightest stars by presenting them with some of the industry’s most time-honored awards. During the event, FE&S will recognize Clark Associates as the 2026 Dealer of the Year, and Dr. Shirley J. Everett, Ed.D., MBA, senior associate vice provost for Residential and Dining Enterprises, senior adviser to the provost, Stanford University, will receive the publication’s 2026 Hall of Fame Award. During the Dealer of the Year & All-Industry Awards Gala, FE&S will also present its Facility Design Project of the Year and DSR of the Year Awards.
