Alto-Shaam Realigns Sales Structure FE&S FlashNews

As part of a restructuring effort, foodservice equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam named Jack Scott senior vice president of sales and marketing. Scott, a longtime member of the Alto-Shaam sales team, will have five company-described sector vice presidents reporting to him.

Puffenbarger New Director of Restaurants for Westward Look FE&S FlashNews

Westward Look Resort, a Tucson, Ariz.-based resort, named Morgan Puffenbarger its director of restaurants. In his new role, Puffenbarger oversees Westward Look’s GOLD restaurant, Lookout Bar & Grille, the Monsoon Café, poolside bar Oasis, and room service. Puffenbarger is looking to create new menus for the resort’s onsite dining venues, according to a company release.
