Heritage Parts Adds VP of U.S. Service Operations
Foodservice industry veteran Carlos “Charlie” Rodriguez has joined parts distributor Heritage Foodservice Group as vice president of U.S. service operations. Rodriguez will oversee Heritage’s service operations in South Florida, New Orleans and Oklahoma City.

The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) acquired the assets of Marsal & Sons, Inc., a manufacturer of deck ovens based in Lindenhurst, N.Y. with annual revenues of approximately $5 million, according to a company release.
Keiser to Become CEO of Culver’s
Phil Keiser, president and chief operating officer of Culver Franchising System, Inc., will become chief executive officer and president, effective June 15, 2015.
