Delaware North Updates
Louis Jacobs and Jeremy Jacobs Jr. have been named co-chief executive officers for Delaware North, a large, privately held global hospitality and foodservice company. Their father Jeremy Jacobs has held this post since 1968.
Employees Purchase Henny Penny from the Cobb Family
Foodservice equipment manufacturer Henny Penny has become employee-owned through the sale of its stock to a newly-formed employee stock ownership plan. The transaction ensures that Henny Penny and Wood Stone, previously owned by the Cobb family, will remain privately held. Steve Cobb, currently chairman of Henny Penny, will continue in this role.
Server Products Introduced Western Regional Sales Manager
Ron Zuehlsdorf is the new western regional sales manager for Server Products, a manufacturer of portion-controlled dispensing equipment and items that hold ambient, chilled and heated products at the point of use.

The Montague Company introduced Joe Deckelman as vice president of sales and marketing.

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt appointed Geoff Goodman to serve as the chain's president.

Operators continue to seek new ways to entice customers to frequent their restaurants as opposed to eating in alternative locations down the street. To do this, foodservice operators keep looking for ways to satisfy the evolving demands of socially-networked, technology-savvy, issue-conscious consumers.
Ali Group to Promote a Pair
Kevin Fink will become executive vice president of the Ali Group, effective March 2, 2015. Fink, who currently serves as president of Ice-O-Matic, Ali Group's Denver, Colorado–based ice machine manufacturer, will relocate to Ali Group's Milan, Italy, headquarters. In addition, Ali Group promoted Keith Kelly to president of Ice-O-Matic, effective February 1, 2015.
