Middleby Buys Celfrost
The Middleby Corporation has acquired the commercial refrigeration and foodservice products business of Celfrost Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Celfrost will function as part of Middleby Commercial Food Innovations Pvt. Ltd., the multi-line equipment manufacturer’s newly established entity in India.
