Former Lion’s Choice executive Mark Disper, in partnership with the principals of St. Louis-based Millstone Capital Advisors, purchased the Lion’s Choice Restaurant from Red Lion Beef Corp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Micro Matic Expands Training Facility
Micro Matic has expanded its Center Valley, Pa., training center by 1,000 square feet. The company uses this center to educate foodservice professionals about the proper technique to dispense craft beer and wine and instruct them about how to assemble and maintain these beverage dispensing systems.
