Captain D’s Names New CDO and COO
Captain D’s, the 520-unit Nashville-based fast-casual seafood chain, promoted Jim Stevens to chief operating officer from vice president of operations. Stevens has been with the company since 2011. Captain D’s also named Michael Arrowsmith its new chief development officer.
Manitowoc Announces Foodservice Management Transition
Michael Kachmer has resigned as president of the Manitowoc Foodservice Group, according to a company release. In the interim, Glen Tellock, Manitowoc’s chairman and chief executive officer, will lead the foodservice group until Kachmer’s successor is identified.
Rational USA Names New President
Markus Glueck is the new president for Rational USA. He takes over for Björn Rowland, who will remain with the company as area vice president of North America.
Six Dealers Join FEDA Board
The Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association announced that three current board members were re-elected to serve another two-year term. In addition, FEDA announced that six of its members were elected to a first two-year term on the association’s board of directors.
