Harrison Becomes Executive Chef for Pair of Lawry’s Concepts
Greg Harrison is the new executive chef for Five Crowns and SideDoor, its sister restaurant. Both are part of the Lawry’s family of restaurants. Harrison takes over from Chef Ryan O’Melveny Wilson, who will continue as the executive chef for Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc.
Ace Mart Adds Salemi
Anthony Salemi is the new director of brand and business development for Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, a San Antonio-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. A 20-plus year veteran of the foodservice industry, Salemi joins Ace Mart from Electrolux where he most recently managed the Kelvinator Commercial refrigeration line of products.
