Former Fazoli’s VP looks to drive restaurant growth through delivery and other avenues

Scott SirLouis was named chief operating officer for FSC Franchise Co., a multiconcept operator who is the parent company of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap. His hiring follows a key investment from private equity group CapitalSpring earlier in 2017 and the unveiling of new design elements and menu updates for both restaurant chains.

SirLouis’ career spans more than 30 years and includes working with a variety of restaurant chains including 16 years in leadership roles at Fazoli’s. His background also includes experience as a cook, bartender and unit manager.

In his new role, SirLouis will look to develop systems and process to access revenue streams through delivery and the growth of company-owned stores.
