Restaurant industry veteran Wayne Jones was appointed CEO of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Jones spent the past three years as COO for PF Chang’s China Bistro.
His background includes working with such restaurant companies as The Cheesecake Factory and BJ’s Restaurants.
The 15-year old Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza operates 60 company-owned locations systemwide.
