Kenneth Megarr has joined Midea as a product manager for the manufacturer of commercial microwave ovens. Megarr brings 30 years of foodservice industry experience to Midea, working for such companies as Panasonic, Nabisco and General Foods.
In his new role, Megarr will lead the development of culinary applications for new lines of Midea Commercial Products. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Megarr will also serve as a research and development chef for Midea, working with the company’s network of distributors training dealers, consultants, other research and development chefs and end users from various segments of the foodservice industry.
Based in China, Midea’s U.S. headquarters are in Parsippany, N.J.
