LoneStar Restaurant Supply Updates Culinary Support and Sales Teams

Company announces a promotion and a new hire to cultivate and build new market position and industry relationships.

 

LoneStar Restaurant Supply, a Texas-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership, promoted Drew Mallett to corporate chef and appointed Ken Harrison to serve as business development manager.

Mallett previously served as business development manager for LoneStar, which is owned by ABC Hotel and Restaurant Supply. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Mallett’s background also includes culinary experience in a variety of operator segments including fine dining, corporate dining and private clubs.

Harrison will represent LoneStar in the South Central Region of Texas. His 25-plus years of foodservice sales experience includes management positions and stints with such industry-related companies as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Quaker Oats, Sara Lee, and has managed and sold products through broadline distributors such as Sysco, US Foods and Ben E Keith.
