Dickey’s Barbecue Adds R&D Chef

Art Institute of Dallas alum takes on new challenge. 

 

Nico Murillo has joined Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. as a research and development chef.

Murillo comes to Dickey’s from PepsiCo and has 15 years of experience as a chef and 8 years in research and development. She got her chef training at the Art Institute of Dallas, and has worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in addition to being an instructor of culinary courses at the Art Institute.
