Micro Matic A/S acquired Valpar Industrial Ltd of Northern Ireland, a manufacturer of beverage tubes and pythons, from The O'Neill Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The management of Valpar will remain unchanged after the acquisition, and the company will continue to manufacture and have its headquarters in Bangor in Northern Ireland.
