McDonald’s Franchisee Adds a Personal Touch to its Services

Arcos Dorados, which franchises McDonald’s restaurants in 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries, introduced new condiment tables at its Mexican locations.

Arcos1These tables let customers further customize their sandwiches with their favorite spicy condiments, such as jalapeño slices, red and green salsas, and chimichurri sauce. The condiment tables will also include such McDonald’s mainstays as ketchup, mustard and barbecue sauce. Arcos Dorados rolled out the condiment tables in conjunction with the launch of McMío at its restaurants across Mexico. McMío, which in English means “McMine”, allows customers to create their own personalized meal combinations, expanding their choices from the traditional burger, fries and soft drink to combos that might comprise a salad, chiliquesos, McNuggets, flavored water or hot coffee. Arcos Dorados expects to have McMío in more than 250 of its McDonald’s restaurants in Mexico by the end of 2015.
