Marco's Pizza named Darren Gray its senior director of menu and culinary innovation. A 20-plus year veteran of the restaurant industry, Gray's background includes working with Papa John's and Fazoli's.
In his new role, Gray will strive to align menu and culinary development with the Marco's Pizza brand of "Ah!thentic" Italian-style pizza and to create new products.
