Greg Scarlett was promoted to serve as president of Bonefish Grill, which is owned by Bloomin' Brands. In addition, Scarlett will serve as an executive vice president for Bloomin' Brands.

In his new role, Scarlett becomes responsible for leading the operations and development of Bonefish Grill restaurants across the United States. He most recently served as the senior vice president of Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) Operations for Bloomin' Brands, where Scarlett was responsible for capturing and implementing operational best practices across the three CDR brands. He first joined Bloomin' Brands in 1994 and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility for the multi-concept operating restaurant company.
