Centerplate Promotes Fender and Ferrulo

Centerplate, a contract foodservice provider,promoted Greg Fender and Sal Ferrulo from senior vice presidents to executive vice presidents, overseeing the company's North American hospitality service teams.

Fender will be responsible for the company's operations in the West and Ferrulo the East. As executive vice presidents of Hospitality Services, Fender and Ferrulo will oversee Centerplate's service delivery in all of its sports, entertainment, convention and restaurant locations.
