Cornell alumni becomes a director with the restaurant company.
Multiconcept operator Sage Restaurant Group appointed Jessica Werner to the newly created position of director of feasibility, new business and transitions.
In her new role, Werner is responsible for ensuring the smooth development and implementation of new locations SRG adds to its national portfolio. She will oversee the development, investment and acquisition of both new and existing restaurants transitioning to SRG management.
Werner's background includes consulting on new business development and marketing initiatives for the Food Network and Gilt City. Werner also ran her own boutique hospitality consulting firm, JW Hospitality Consulting.
