Long-time associate Taylor gets promoted.
T&S Brass and Bronze Works promoted Joan Taylor to the newly created position of corporate training manager. Glenn Evans replaces Taylor as customer service manager.
In her new role Taylor, who has been with T&S since 1978, assumes management of existing training programs as well as the design and implementation of new educational opportunities.
Evans comes to T&S from the customer service/call center industry.
