Willis comes over from Beverage-Air.
Brad Willis will become chief financial officer for Ali Group North America, effective Oct. 1, 2014.
Willis will transition from his role as CFO for Beverage-Air, a division of the Ali Group.
His background also includes serving as controller for Southbend, a division of the Middleby Corporation.
