Berti to become president of Scotsman Ice Systems.

Rich Gleitsmann was appointed executive vice president of Ali Group North America, effective September 1, 2013. Following the transition period, Filippo Berti will assume the duties of president of Scotsman Ice Systems and will continue in his role as chief executive officer of Ali Group North America.

Additionally, Kevin Fink will continue in his role as group managing director-Americas for Scotsman Industries.

Gleitsmann will transition from his role as president of Scotsman Ice Systems, a division of the Ali Group.

In his new role as executive vice president, Gleitsmann will be responsible for driving improvement programs throughout the Ali Group companies within North America.
