Heeley Becomes CEO for Earl of Sandwich

Foodservice veteran comes from Au Bon Pain.

Steve Heeley, a 20-plus-year veteran of the fast-casual restaurant industry, was named president and chief executive officer for the Earl of Sandwich, which is owned by Planet Hollywood.

Heeley most recently served as chief operating officer of Au Bon Pain, a fast-casual bakery and café chain with more than 300 locations. Prior to Au Bon Pain, Heeley spent seven years as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Baja Fresh Mexican Grill.
