Unified Brands Makes a Splash with Power Soak Acquisition

Cantrell joins Unified Brands as vice president/general manager.

Unified Brands, a multi-line manufacturer of foodservice equipment, has acquired Power Soak Systems, a privately held manufacturer of continuous motion warewashing systems. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

John Cantrell, president of Power Soak, will join Unified Brands as a general manager/vice president continuing to lead this product line.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., Power Soak's manufacturing facility is in Pryor, Okla.
