Chevys Promotes Martin

Company also names new director of marketing.

Chevys Fresh Mex promoted Paul Martin to vice president of operations from a regional director post. The restaurant chain also named Kent Russell director of marketing.

In his new role, Martin is responsible for building sales, running operations, managing profits and developing employees at all levels of the company. Prior to his promotion Martin managed a group of restaurants in the Central Valley, East Bay and Sacramento markets.

Prior to his career with Chevys, Martin served as an area manager at Denny's Corp. He also brings 16 years of restaurant experience at McDonald's, where he was responsible for training, franchising and operating company restaurants.
