Ace Mart Adds Salemi

Former Electrolux veteran joins the San Antonio-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership.

Anthony Salemi is the new director of brand and business development for Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, a San Antonio-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. A 20-plus year veteran of the foodservice industry, Salemi joins Ace Mart from Electrolux where he most recently managed the Kelvinator Commercial refrigeration line of products.

In his new role, Salemi is responsible for further developing the Ace Mart brand of products, contributing to product and vendor selection, and other senior management responsibilities.

Ace Mart reported 2011 revenues of $83.5 million, making it the 15th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealership in the country, according to FE&S' 2012 Distribution Giants study.
