Harrison Becomes Executive Chef for Pair of Lawry's Concepts

Veteran chef takes on new challenges.

Greg Harrison is the new executive chef for Five Crowns and SideDoor, its sister restaurant. Both are part of the Lawry's family of restaurants. Harrison takes over from Chef Ryan O'Melveny Wilson, who will continue as the executive chef for Lawry's Restaurants, Inc.

Harrison's background includes working with Chef Roy Yamaguchi in Maui and the MGM Grand culinary team in Las Vegas, where he worked under chefs Fabio Trabocchi, Michael White and Michael Mina. He also has worked at Morimoto in Napa, Calif.
