Brinker Announces Leadership Transition 
Wyman Roberts will become CEO and president of Brinker International, effective January 1, 2013. Doug Brooks will continue to serve as chairman of the board for Brinker through December 2013. Roberts will also retain his current role as president of Chili’s Grill & Bar, a position he has held since 2009.
Pizza Inn Taps Gier to Fill CEO Post 
Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. named Randy Gier its chief executive officer, effective today. Gier succeeds interim CEO Clinton Coleman, who will return to his role as a member of Pizza Inn’s Board of Directors, where he has served since 2007.

Epic Burger Serves Up New CEO 
Scott Norrick is the new chief executive officer for Epic Burger, an emerging restaurant chain based in Chicago.
Winston’s Electronics Division Names New VP 
Teri McDonald was named vice president of Winston Industries’ Electronics Division. In this capacity McDonald will lead the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the division.
Canady to Ignite Blaze Pizza Franchise Sales 
Blaze Pizza, a fast-casual restaurant chain, named Carolyne Canady its vice president of franchise sales. Canady is responsible for franchise recruitment and developing and implementing expansion plans, including bringing Blaze Pizza franchises to major markets such as Los Angeles, Boston, Miami and San Francisco.
Halvorsen Named President of the New Jersey Restaurant Association 
The New Jersey Restaurant Association named Marilou Halvorsen its new president. She replaces the late Deborah Roy Dowdell, who held the position for more than two decades but passed away last March.

After working as a preventative maintenance technician for Strategic Equipment & Supply Corp.’s ISI Commercial Refrigeration division while attending University of North Texas, Danny Monnat took a year off to become a certified paralegal. “I was considering going to law school, but decided that wasn’t the route I wanted to take,” Monnat says. “Instead, I focused on finishing my undergraduate degree in business.”
WPC Names New Regional Director 
Wolfgang Puck Catering named Jennifer Keller its regional director of catering sales. In her new role, Keller will focus on corporate and social business development throughout greater Dallas, and oversee the growth of client relationships at Union Station, Reunion Tower, AT&T Performing Arts Center, Nasher Sculpture Center, and the highly anticipated Perot Museum of Nature and Science.
