SFM Names New Officers 
The Society for Foodservice Management (SFM), announced its 2013 Board of Directors. In doing so, SFM named Mark Freeman, senior manager of global employee Services at Microsoft, its new president.
Insinger Machine Company Names Cantor VP
Warewasher manufacturer Insinger Machine Company appointed Ari Cantor to the post of vice president. In his new role, Cantor will oversee the Philadelphia-based foodservice equipment manufacturer’s sales and service departments and act as a liaison between Insinger factory sales reps and the dealer community.
