Grindmaster-Cecilware Appoints Ibrahim and Dudding to Executive Posts 
Grindmaster-Cecilware Corporation named Nestor Ibrahim its new senior vice president of operations. Ibrahim previously served as president of Middleby Corp.’s Star Holdings Division. Grindmaster-Cecilware also named David Dudding its chief financial officer.

May Restaurant Performance Index Reached 101.4
The National Restaurant Association’s Restaurant Performance Index reached 101.4 in May, the seventh consecutive month it exceeded 100, which indicates expansion in the index of key industry indicators. May’s mark of 101.4 did represent a slight 0.2 point decline when compared to April.
CiCi’s Promotes Spae to COO
CiCi’s Pizza promoted Bill Spae to chief operating officer from chief development officer. In his new role, Spae leads CiCi’s full service distribution company, JMC Restaurant Distribution, LP, which exclusively serves CiCi’s Pizza restaurants. Additionally, Spae will continue his business and restaurant development responsibilities.
